COVID-19 EMERGENCY PROCEDURES


OPERATING PROCESSES - 8th JULY 2020
 
SALES AND RENTAL INSPECTIONS
 
Will only be conducted on a by appointment basis – NO OPEN HOMES
Attendees will need to register and confirm that they:
Are not suffering from fever, a sore throat, cough, fatigue, or are having difficulty breathing.
Have not tested positive for Covid-19 (Coronavirus)
Have not returned from overseas in the last 14 days
Have not been in contact with someone who has been confirmed with having Covid-19
(Coronavirus) in the past 14 days.
Are not a healthcare worker who works in direct contact with patients and who has a
respiratory illness
Has recently self quarantined
Will only be conducted if the property is “safe” to inspect
Attendees (maximum 1 at a time) will also be asked to:
1. Practice safe hand hygiene
2. Not touch anything in the property, our agent will open doors, cupboards, appliances upon
    request
3. Avoid physical contact with others in the property and maintain a safe social distance of 1.5
    metres.
 
OFFICE ATTENDANCE
 
Most of our team members are equipped and working from home.
Where possible somebody is in attendance or contactable in each office to attend to emergencies.
New leases and contracts will be handled remotely via docusign

If you call the main office number we have four mobile numbers on diversion. If your call goes to
voicemail, you must leave your name and contact number so we can call you back.

These are trying times for everybody and we know your residential accommodation requirements
are very important.
Please help us to help you. We will get through this.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our practises with the guidelines as they change. As
always, the health and safety and best interests of our clients and stakeholders are our first priority.
